I've a friend using a laptop to play this game.

He was fine all the way to the loading screen. Straight after the loading screen, in stead of being in the town, his laptop is totally white with a bar of black lines at the position of the loading bar.

Anyone knows what could be the problem??

Is it graphic card or something?? He's fine with playing dota, but he can't play ELAN for some reason...
