Connection & Registration Bug Fixes

Please note that registration issues have been fixed and if you were previously unable to complete the registration process, you can do so now.
However at this time, we are still looking into resolving the issue where players are stuck at “Connecting … please wait” screen. In order to help us fix this sooner, please send an email to customercare@elanonline.com.sg with the following info:
1) Which ISP are you connecting to Elan Online from? eg Starhub, Singnet, Pacific Internet etc
2) Are you on a shared or private network? eg are you playing from a home connection, school network, wireless@SG etc?
3) Is your computer connected to the internet via a wireless connection or wired connection?
4) Is your connection to the internet protected by a firewall? If so;
a) what firewall program are you using?
b) If you are able to turn off or lower the security setting level of your firewall program, are you able to connect to Elan Online?
